A Year of Brand Photography with Bookkeeper Signal Operations

Numbers are my kryptonite. That’s why at this time of year, I rely on the number geeks to ensure all the lines in my year end spreadsheet are ready for the taxman.

A few years ago I got a call from Erika to book a photoshoot. Like me she’s from Alberta, married to a military man from Nova Scotia, posted to Halifax. We became fast friends.

Erika is a cloud based bookkeeper, with clients coast to coast. She is an Xero ambassador and educator, with a robust social media presence.

Our first branding photoshoot was in the fall of 2021. With a nautical theme, the Halifax waterfront and lighthouse were a perfect location.

A year later she did a refresh with Social Sessions, a group photoshoot day for entrepreneurs.

A couple of weeks ago, we wrapped up her Seasonal Subscription. It starts with a full personal branding shoot, followed by quarterly refresh sessions. Perfect for her website update, social media calendar, and new course launch.

Allison is incredible and makes you feel at ease in front of the camera. She captures the story and helps create the story so they can be used in a variety of ways. 10/10 recommend.

Why is it important to invest in updated photography for your business?

• authenticity – your clients want to know you. Not the stranger in a stock photo
