For conferences, galas, and multi-day events, earlier is better, especially if your event lands in a busy Halifax season. Booking early gives us time to confirm availability and coverage priorities your team needs. Many of my events book 6 months or more out.
Yes. I review your run sheet in advance and confirm priority coverage for speakers, sponsors, VIPs, signage, networking, and any event-specific deliverables.
Standard event bookings include gallery delivery within 5 business days. If your team needs a small set of priority images sooner for recap or media, that can be discussed in advance.
Yes. Your event photography packages already include web-ready images for digital use and high-resolution files for print marketing.
Absolutely. Event coverage can include keynote speakers, audience response, sponsor visibility, venue details, networking, booths, awards, and behind-the-scenes moments that help tell the full story of the event.
Yes. Optional add-ons listed on your Event Photography page include short-form B-roll video clips, real-time social posting, and even a pop-up headshot studio for VIPs and key team members.
